When and where is Intersect?
Intersect takes place December 6-7 at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds in Las Vegas, Nevada.
What are the festival hours?
Gates open at 3pm on Friday and Saturday. The festival ends at 12am both nights.
What is the age minimum?
All attendees must be 18 years of age or older.
What will the weather be like?
Las Vegas cools down in December, with daytime highs around 60°F and evening lows around 30°F. Don't forget to dress warmly! All stages will be fully covered, with access provided to all festival amenities. Outdoor offerings include food and beverage booths, merch booths, Guest Services, and activations.
Will you be posting set times in advance?
Yes! Set times will be posted on our website and social media pages before the festival. You can also find them onsite in our Festival Guide.
When will the remainder of the lineup be announced?
Phase 2 of the Intersect lineup will be announced by mid-October (subject to change). Please note that tickets may sell out at any time before the phase 2 announcement. We recommend purchasing your tickets now for the best price and likelihood of availability.

Will ticket prices increase?
Yes. Ticket prices will go up as the event date gets closer, so we recommend securing your ticket early for the best possible price.
Can I buy a single-day ticket?
No, only 2-Day tickets are offered for all tiers. Subject to change.
Are payment plans available?
Yes, with Ticketmaster's FlexPay option, you can split the cost of your Intersect ticket(s) into six easy monthly payments. Select FlexPay as your preferred payment method at checkout. For more information, visit here.
How many tickets can I purchase?
You may purchase a maximum of 8 tickets per order. If you're interested in a large group/bulk order, please email us.
When will I receive my wristband?
Wristbands will begin shipping in November.
Are tickets refundable?
No, all ticket sales are final. However, you can securely sell or transfer your ticket via Ticketmaster's secure seller marketplace. Intersect will happen rain or shine. Wristband is void if tampered with. Lineup is subject to change.
Can I update my shipping address?
Please log in to your Ticketmaster account, and select "Billing and Shipping" to update your address. The cutoff date to make any changes is Oct. 24, 2019.

Getting Here
How do I get to Intersect?
The Las Vegas Festival Grounds is located at the northwest end of the Las Vegas Strip. The address is 311 W. Sahara Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89109.

- A designated dropoff and pickup location will be available for rideshare apps and taxis.

- Take the Deuce on the Strip or the Strip & Downtown Express (SDX). Both buses stop by the Las Vegas Festival Grounds on Las Vegas Blvd.

Las Vegas Monorail:
- Ride the Las Vegas Monorail to the SLS Station.
- From there, walk across the Monorail's pedestrian bridge above Paradise Rd.
- Make your way through the SLS Last Vegas Hotel, and cross Las Vegas Blvd. to enter the festival grounds.
Can I park at the festival grounds?
There is no public parking onsite at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds. Please use rideshare options, the bus, or the monorail.
Where should I stay?
Whether you'd like to stay on the Strip or in downtown Las Vegas, the city offers an incredible variety of hotels and vacation rentals near the Las Vegas Festival Grounds.
What are my food options?
There will be a variety of local cuisine that is customizable for your dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. There will also be craft cocktails, beers, wine, and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages at our conveniently located full-service bars.
Is complimentary water offered?
Yes! Complimentary filtered water refill stations will be available throughout the grounds. Please bring your reusable water bottle (note that it must be empty upon entry).
What forms of payment are accepted? Are there ATMs?
Credit, debit, and cash are all accepted. ATMs are available onsite.
Can I rent a locker onsite?
Yes! Lockers will be available for rent. More information coming soon.
Can I buy merch onsite?
Yes! Both Intersect merch and artist merch will be available for purchase.
Will there be a medical facility with breast pumping stations?
Yes! Please visit the medical tent for more information and to gain access to these facilities.
What are you doing to ensure my safety?
The safety and security of attendees joining us for Intersect is a top priority. We have a substantial security team that partners with local, state, and federal agencies on the ground ‎in Las Vegas, as well as with security from our venues. We continually re-evaluate our security posture and response plans in light of emerging threats. Every attendee (including members of the media) will be searched prior to entry. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit to a thorough and complete security search, including emptying your pockets and bags, undergoing a full pat down, having all of your items examined, and possibly removing your shoes. Police officers work both inside and outside the event. All narcotics laws are strictly enforced. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.
What items are prohibited?
– Weapons or harmful objects of any kind, including edged blades and sharp, pointy, or blunt bludgeoning objects
– Toy or replica weapons, including BB, pellet, and Airsoft guns, as well as objects that shoot projectiles
– Mace, pepper spray, or other dangerous chemicals and compounds
– Explosives (including fireworks and firearm ammunition of any kind)
– Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia
– Selfie sticks, totems, signs, posters, flags, and banners
– Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors
– Unauthorized solicitations, handbills, samplings, giveaways, etc.
– Drones and UAVs (subject to large fines)
– Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller/inline skates, and motorized vehicles
– Airboards, hoverboards, and Segways
– Outside food and alcoholic beverages
– Face masks of any kind or tactical gear

How do I bring my medical prescription(s)?
All prescriptions must be in their original containers and must match the holder’s ID. Our medical staff will check prescriptions before you enter the venue. Legal forms of ID include a driver's license, state ID, or passport.
How do I bring insulin or other medical-related items or supplies?
Please identify yourself to security before entering the venue. Our medical staff will assist you in providing a secure area to store all your items. You will be asked to show ID and provide an official doctor’s note or prescription detailing the necessity of the item.
Can I bring in my medical cannabis?
No. Recreational and medicinal cannabis is not permitted inside the festival grounds.
What is your ADA policy?
Intersect is a fully accessible event. For any accessibility-related questions that you can't find answers to below, please email us. We will do our best to ensure that you have an amazing experience.
Is Intersect wheelchair-accessible?
The venue is fully navigable for people with mobility disabilities. We encourage all guests with mobility disabilities to bring personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. If you need to recharge your motorized wheelchair, you may do so at the Access Center. Please bring all cords and accessories needed to charge your devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20-amp circuit. Please note that we will not be providing rentals for wheelchairs or scooters.
Will I receive a designated ADA wristband?
Yes. ADA wristbands are good for the whole weekend. Please do not remove your wristband for the duration of the event. One Companion Pass will be distributed per ADA wristband. If you would like to change your companion, you must bring the original Companion Pass to the Access Center to be issued a new one.
Where do I pick up my ADA wristband?
There will be an Access Center conveniently located inside the venue, near the entrance. At the Access Center, you can get your ADA wristband, have your questions answered, and learn more about our accessibility services.
Can I bring my certified service animal?
Service animals are permitted throughout the venue. However, this does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals. Pets are not allowed and will be turned away. Only legitimate service animals that are properly trained and under the proper care of their owners will be provided with the appropriate credentials and allowed at the event.

Please abide by the following guidelines:
– All service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents the use of these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective control methods.
– Service animals must be housebroken and should use the service animal relief area.
– Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.
– All animals must have legally required vaccinations.
Can I request ASL interpretation?
If you would like to request ASL interpretation, closed captioning, Braille or large-font print, guided tours, and/or other forms of effective communication for any performance, please contact Accessible Festivals. Note that requests must be made no later than 21 days before the event to allow for sufficient processing time.
